​​​​​Most importantly, experience. I volunteered for almost eight years as a dog walker for some of its most challenging residents at the Scituate Animal Shelter. In 2014, I transitioned to pet sitting and spent ten months of intense and gratifying on-the-job training with Duxbury-based Celtic Pet Care. As a result, my approach is professional and tends to err on the side of caution when I'm looking after someone else's beloved family member. 


I think my clients appreciate that I'm insured, bonded and have policies, paperwork and guidelines in place that they must sign prior to an engagement. This ensures that we're on the same page regarding the care of their pet. For example, I keep a vet release form on file in case of an emergency while the pet is under Love Your Pawz care.


I genuinely LOVE being with, studying and interacting with animals, and they seem to like me as well. Maybe that's why we usually have fun together.

As a bonded and insured service, Love Your Pawz™ LLC offers personalized home-visit dog walking, cat sitting and pet-nanny services to ensure your pets are well-cared-for when you can't be there to do so yourself. Please see our Code of Conduct for more information.


I provide walks, feedings, playtime/exercise and affection throughout the day and during the early-evening on a "drop-in" basis. I'm available for regular daily & weekly visits, vacations, "now-and-then", or when you're just running late. As a former corporate communications professional in Canada, I transitioned to pet care after we moved to the US, and I had to rethink my life's work. What resulted was finding the profession of my dreams. Every day is different, exciting and full of love and laughs.
